What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is designed for a personalized care where the patient is put first. We are here to serve the patient with the respect and humility that is required when patients place their trust in us.
We charge a membership fee for access to the physician. In no way do we take the place of your health insurance but we do offer many premium services that are not covered under most insurance plans.
What medical conditions do you care for?
We treat a multitude of medical conditions which include but are not limited to common colds, strep, flu, rashes, urinary tract infections, lacerations and dehydration. We also take care of very chronic medical conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Thyroid Disease, and lipid disease.
What happens if I need to see a specialist?
We work hand in hand to get you in with the best specialist in the Tampa Bay area. We will be directly involved in all aspects of your care.
Will you see me in the hospital?
Not directly. First, we will do our best to keep you out of the hospital but there are times when a patient will need to be admitted. We have a special relationship with a hospitalist team that offers you high quality medicine. We work directly with the hospitalist team to manage your care.
Can Children Become Members?
Yes. Although, we strongly recommend any pediatric patient have a pediatrician they see regularly.
Can I contact my physician after hours?
24 /7 access to a provider via phone, email, or text.
What if I need medical attention while away from home?
One of the great benefits of being a member is for our patients who travel domestically and internationally. We will do our best to manage your care from a distant. If needed, we can call in prescriptions or advocate on your behalf to get in with another concierge physician, that's our job.
How Much Does Membership Cost?
$99 a month. Sign up HERE *Spa Services not included.
How Much is Spa Services?
Weight Loss: Initial Visit $100, return visit $50
Vitamin Drips: $75 to $150 per visit
Botox and Derm Fillers: $9-12 per unit.
Do you see non-members?
Yes, on a limited basis. We strive to keep our patient-physician ratio low. Walk-in appointments are billed at $100, due at the time of service. Please call for availability.
What if I decide to cancel?
No hidden fees. If you are not satisfied, then cancel anytime.
Is my membership fee tax deductible?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Consult your personal tax professional for current IRS guidelines as they relate to medical expenses.
Do you accept Insurance?
No, we no longer accept any insurance, including medicare. We are strictly cash based.
Do you accept Medicare?
No, but you can still be seen as a patient. There is additional medicare forms that have to be signed that states the patient understands that Dr. Williams does not bill for medicare patients in his practice.
As a patient, will I still need health insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend that you have and keep your insurance.
